Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement security protocols, patches, and compliance standards across systems
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related network services
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Document processes, create runbooks, and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows/Linux system administration
- Strong expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and automation tools
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
- Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
