Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) environments
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure including VMs, Active Directory, and security groups
- Oversee network operations using Cisco Meraki switches/firewalls and VPN solutions
- Implement disaster recovery protocols and backup systems (Veeam/Commvault)
- Automate workflows with PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong Azure/AWS cloud platform certification (AZ-104/AWS SysOps)
- Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog)
- Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Proven incident response and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
