Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Proactively monitor system health and resolve incidents within SLA
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise networking
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular drills
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Mentor junior administrators and lead cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven incident response and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
