Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible and Terraform
- Manage enterprise-level firewalls and security protocols (SIEM, IDS/IPS)
- Provide 24/7 on-call support with rotation schedule
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring (Splunk, Nagios)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response
- Mentor junior staff and document SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019+
- AWS/Azure certifications (SAA, AZ-104) required
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab)
- ITIL v4 foundation certification preferred
