Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Automate system provisioning and management using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system health with Nagios/Prometheus and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
- Enforce security protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architecture
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute regular DR testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize containerized deployments
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team reference
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure services and networking fundamentals
- Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and LDAP services
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK Stack) and log aggregation
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure SA, CompTIA Server+, RHCSA) preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network and storage issues under pressure
