Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across on-premise and cloud platforms
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect infrastructure
- Oversee network configurations, including firewalls, VPNs, and DNS management
- Provide Tier-3 support for system outages and performance optimization
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance with SOX and ISO standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and Azure/AWS services
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
