Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance using Grafana, Nagios, and cloud-native monitoring tools
- Implement security best practices including vulnerability scanning and compliance auditing
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues and incident response
- Document infrastructure architecture and create runbooks for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda) and cloud migration strategies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or Linux/Windows administration preferred
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
