Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure
- Implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell to reduce operational overhead
- Lead security hardening initiatives including vulnerability patching and compliance auditing
- Optimize network performance with Cisco/Juniper switches and F5 load balancers
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration for microservices deployment
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior administrators through complex incident resolution
- Document SOPs and create runbooks for disaster recovery scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-grade Linux/Windows Server environments
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, CloudWatch) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell) for automation
- CCNA/JNCIA or equivalent networking certification required
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven incident response for critical outages with SLA-driven mindset
- Knowledge of CIS benchmarks and NIST compliance frameworks
