Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud architectures
- Proactively monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups/restorations
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure
- Document SOPs and create technical knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu/CentOS
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud services certification (AWS/Azure Certified)
- Advanced network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Security best practices implementation (ISO 27001 compliance)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
