Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy implementations
- Configure and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi infrastructure
- Implement backup/recovery solutions using Veeam and Zerto
- Monitor system health via Nagios and ELK Stack
- Document SOPs and conduct quarterly disaster recovery drills
- Lead cross-functional projects for cloud migration initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory and hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- VMware VCP certification preferred
- Experience with AWS/Azure services
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
