Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible and PowerShell scripting
- Oversee network infrastructure including Cisco switches, routers, and load balancers
- Provide Level 3 support for complex system outages and performance bottlenecks
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP management
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with VMware ESXi and vSphere administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven track record in cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with enterprise-level systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives
