Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments in hybrid cloud architecture
- Implement robust security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and compliance frameworks
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance with Nagios, Zabbix, and cloud-native tools
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and create technical training materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows Server
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services and hybrid cloud integration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- CCNA/Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis capabilities
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and document complex processes
