Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and on-premise data centers
- Lead enterprise-level security initiatives including vulnerability remediation and compliance audits
- Automate infrastructure workflows using Python/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network/storage issues (Cisco SAN/NAS, VMware ESXi)
- Document SOPs and create disaster recovery playbooks
- Mentor junior sysadmins and cross-functional DevOps teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise networking (TCP/IP, VLANs)
- Proven experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/Powershell)
- VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V virtualization mastery
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Security+ or equivalent certification required
