Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security protocols
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration
- Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible/Puppet
- Oversee backup/recovery systems and disaster planning
- Collaborate with network and security teams for integrated solutions
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Certification in CompTIA Server+/Linux+ or Microsoft Azure
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
