Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols for data protection and compliance
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and capacity planning
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Document system configurations and create technical documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise networking
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- AWS/Azure cloud platform certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- ITIL foundation certification preferred
