Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux/Windows server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure with IaC principles
- Manage enterprise networking including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Automate workflows using Ansible, Terraform, and Python scripting
- Ensure system security through vulnerability assessments and compliance frameworks
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and performance tuning
- Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with Linux/Windows expertise
- Advanced certification (AWS/Azure, CCNP, or CompTIA Server+)
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and change management processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
