Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup solutions (Veeam)
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement security protocols
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and disaster recovery planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2016/2019
- Expertise in virtualization technologies and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure certification preferred)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python) and infrastructure-as-code experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification required
- Proven track record in network administration (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
