Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network services
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability management
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/PowerShell
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and incident resolution
- Document systems architecture and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+ preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
