Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server environments (Windows Server, Linux).
- Manage and configure Active Directory, Group Policies, and Identity Management solutions.
- Monitor system performance, security logs, and network traffic to prevent breaches and downtime.
- Develop and execute automated scripts (PowerShell, Bash) for routine maintenance tasks.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute regular data backups to ensure business continuity.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and Tier 2/3 support to end-users.
- Collaborate with network engineers to optimize infrastructure and connectivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or IT Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Linux administration (Red Hat, CentOS, or Ubuntu).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is required.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
