Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and solve complex technical challenges.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Optimization: Analyze system performance and optimize application speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software stability and reduce technical debt.
- Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to automate deployments and ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Technologies: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot, Express).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
