Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and robust architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a production environment.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
