Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software systems using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, latency, and security to ensure a robust user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical problems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with experience in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Cloud: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Methodologies: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
