As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in architecting scalable solutions that drive our mission forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and push the boundaries of what is possible in software engineering.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
