Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Go and Python
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% system uptime
- Lead migration of legacy monoliths to cloud-native architecture
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go/Python with AWS/GCP cloud certifications
- Strong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Proven track record in API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
