Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the team
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and TDD methodologies
- Experience with agile development and JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills through GitHub contributions or personal projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in remote/hybrid settings
