Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level Go/Java/Python development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ daily transactions
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh technologies
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
