Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and resolve incidents within SLA
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Document network topology and create/update technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure hybrid networking solutions
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages and optimization projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required (CCNA/JNCIA acceptable with experience)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto Prisma)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
