Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site performance issues, including crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion rates for key target keywords.
- Manage and optimize Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor performance metrics and report on ROI.
- Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative domains.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and search trends to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing analysts and interns on best practices for SEO and content optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of significant organic growth in competitive industries.
- Deep technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture to diagnose and fix technical SEO issues.
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz Pro, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
