Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms during overnight hours
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with rapid precision
- Perform vulnerability scans and penetration testing on network assets
- Collaborate with global teams to implement threat mitigation strategies
- Document incident reports and maintain security logs for compliance
- Conduct forensic analysis of security breaches and malware attacks
- Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend proactive measures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and IDS/IPS systems
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cloud security frameworks
- Experience with incident response procedures and threat hunting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for incident documentation
- OSCP or CEH certification preferred
