Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects and validate fixes
- Design test cases covering functional, regression, usability, and performance scenarios
- Implement CI/CD pipeline testing strategies using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test metrics to drive quality improvements and process optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflows
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or equivalent certification preferred
