Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Document tickets in ITSM systems with precision and clarity
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network devices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Implement security protocols and data protection measures
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of OS troubleshooting (Windows/macOS)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
