Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems for scalability
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
