Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across client environments
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via ticketing systems and remote tools
- Document SOPs and troubleshooting procedures using ITIL frameworks
- Participate in network security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Assist with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system implementations
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios tools
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience or technical aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware deployments
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
