Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA while collaborating with development teams
- Perform manual and automated regression testing using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in Agile/Scrum environments
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting (JavaScript/Python)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
