Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document network configurations and create detailed maintenance reports
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve user connectivity challenges
- Collaborate with IT team on network upgrades and infrastructure expansions

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of hands-on network administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ certification required (CCNA preferred)

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
