Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth data cleansing, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement scalable data solutions.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights to leadership, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to forecast business outcomes and recommend process improvements.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data-driven best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical business language.
