Your Role
In this role, you will be the backbone of our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication for our clients and employees.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Perform regular security audits and implement necessary patches to protect system integrity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network connectivity issues.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and changes accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in network administration or IT support.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or CCNP are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
