Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans using provided professional-grade testing equipment and software suites
- Identify, document, and track software defects with precision using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve product performance
- Develop automated test scripts and maintain test environments using company-provided hardware
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements
- Conduct regression testing on new features and product updates using specialized testing devices
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics using provided documentation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience with software and hardware products
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, or similar) using company-provided equipment
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify complex issues
- Experience with mobile application testing and compatibility across devices
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in QA testing (CSTE, ISTQB) a plus
