Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test scripts across web and mobile platforms
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports using JIRA and Selenium
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing integration
- Conduct regression, performance, and security testing cycles
- Maintain test documentation and QA metrics dashboards
- Mentor junior testers and improve QA processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflow
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
