Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive style guides and design systems to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and a clear design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development concepts is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
