Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Design test cases covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and provide test status updates
- Maintain and improve test documentation and automation frameworks
- Analyze test results and recommend quality improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with software applications
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and bug tracking tools
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
