Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear, actionable descriptions
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to validate requirements
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test cases, scripts, and checklists
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on product quality and risk assessment
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience with web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent preferred
