Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing and performance analysis across multiple platforms
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases and user scenarios
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
- Experience with SQL and database testing concepts
- Ability to write clear, concise test documentation and technical reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
