Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications using manual and automated methodologies
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define QA strategies and ensure complete test coverage
- Conduct regression testing and performance validation in CI/CD pipelines
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Maintain and improve test documentation and QA processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Expertise in manual testing, automation frameworks, and test case design
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management platforms
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs
- Experience with SQL database testing and performance testing tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB certification a plus
