Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines with JIRA integration
- Lead defect triage sessions and track resolution metrics
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing methodologies
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable improvement reports
- Validate compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with 2+ years in automation
- Proficiency in testing web/mobile applications across multiple browsers
- Expert knowledge of test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Experience with API testing (REST, SOAP) and load testing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
