Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, security, and performance
- Automate deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
- Manage container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm) and serverless architectures
- Conduct infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery planning
- Develop and maintain cloud security frameworks and compliance protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and DevOps principles
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certification in relevant cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Proven problem-solving skills in complex distributed systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
