Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for maximum efficiency
- Document defects with precise steps in JIRA and track resolution progress
- Collaborate with developers to identify root causes of issues
- Validate UI/UX compliance across web and mobile platforms
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to improve QA processes
- Maintain test environments and test data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
