As a key member of our Quality Assurance division, you'll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve defects before they reach end-users. Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are testable and clearly defined
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data for complex features
- Perform regression testing to validate bug fixes and new functionality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to improve testing processes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and defect management tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience testing cloud-based SaaS applications preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
