Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex software applications
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
- Document test cases, defects, and quality metrics in JIRA
- Lead regression testing cycles for enterprise-level products
- Conduct performance and security testing protocols
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
