Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and test prompts for enterprise-level AI applications using GPT-4, Claude, and custom models
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt strategies with model architecture and business objectives
- Analyze prompt performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and A/B testing results
- Develop documentation and best practices for prompt engineering across cross-functional teams
- Lead workshops to train stakeholders on prompt optimization techniques
- Research emerging NLP advancements and integrate innovative prompt methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI field with portfolio of successful projects
- Expertise in prompt frameworks (e.g., Chain-of-Thought, ReAct) and LLM fine-tuning
- Proficiency in Python, API integration, and prompt testing tools (e.g., LangChain, PromptBase)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive prompt optimization
- Excellent written communication and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable prompts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with weekly payroll systems preferred
